OPI I Cannoli Wear OPI vs. OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls

It's been a while since I've done a comparison post.
Well, in fact, this is probably the first and last comparison post for 2015!
And, it's a comparison between two of my favourite white polishes:

But first up,
here's a proper swatch of OPI I Cannoli Wear OPI:

2 coats + Seche Vite TC.

Well, with OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls being discontinued,
I am so glad OPI I Cannoli Wear OPI is in the market.
And I'm going to make sure I have back-ups of this one.

OPI I Cannoli Wear OPI (Cannoli) vs. OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls (MBSW)
Both polishes are at 2 coats and topped with Seche Vite TC.

Hopefully, the photos can show that the polishes are slightly different.
I Cannoli Wear OPI is more grey-toned,
and My Boyfriend Scales Walls appears slightly more yellowish when placed next to the other OPI.

Well, even with the comparison,
I still like both whites.
At least now, I don't have to worry about finishing my My Boyfriend Scales Walls backup.

Color Club Winter 2009: Wonderland minis

I've had this set of Color Club minis for the longest time,
and for a couple of Christmases,
I kept forgetting to take them out to use.

Well, until this Christmas.
I guess it helped that I recently went to re-organise The Stash and found them.

These were the polishes used in yesterday's Christmas nail art post,
and here are the swatches:

Under the Mistletoe,
2 coats + Seche Vite TC.

Light yellow-green glitter.
Not exactly the colour of mistletoes,
but still pretty.

Wonderland,
2 coats + Seche Vite TC.

Light champagne gold glitter.
This was the least dense of the trio,
but still enough to cover the nails for a full manicure.
Though perhaps 3 coats for that might have been a better bet.

Yule Love It,
2 coats + Seche Vite TC.

Magenta-red glitter.
Reminds me of Ruby Pumps and the likes.

And I can now finally cross this box set off the list of polishes to swatch.

Born Pretty Store: Oh Christmas Tree!

Belated Merry Christmas to everyone!
I hope all of you had a blast!

I didn't get around to showing you my Christmas nails,
but here they are,
and courtesy of Born Pretty Store too!

Born Pretty Store had sent over a packet of 3D Christmas tree studs
and I just had to use them for Christmas!

Adorable right?
The stud was stuck on quite firmly too with nail glue,
and lasted me quite a few days!

Well, I know that Christmas is now over,
but Born Pretty Store has other studs that ain't Christmas themed.

If you do decide to make a purchase at Born Pretty Store,
do remember to use this code BERRYG10 for a discount!
