OPI Holland: Wooden Shoe Like to Know?
Another one from the Holland collection:
Wooden Shoe Like to Know?
3 coats + 1 coat Color Club QDTC
All the polishes that I got from this collection required all 3 coats.
The secret shimmer is a little hard to capture in this one.
But it's a lot more obvious than the one in Gouda Gouda Two Shoes.
Last 2 pictures were taken indoors.
All right.
One more from the Holland collection and it'll be done.

OPI Holland: I Have a Herring Problem
Next one up from the OPI Holland Collection:
I Have a Herring Problem.
3 coats + 1 coat Color Club QDTC
I can't decide if I prefer this or the other blue in this Holland collection.
I was thinking I might purge one of them,
but it looks like I'm going to keep both for the time being.
I'll probably do a comparison between the two blues soon as well.

Cult Nails Toxic Seawead
Cult Nails Toxic Seawead
This is 2 coats over 3 coats of Essie Navigate Her.
Then 1 coat Color Club QDTC
I couldn't get any pictures of the Essie as it had been raining the few days I had it on.
But when the Cult Nails arrived,
I couldn't help but layer Toxic Seawead over it.
When Toxic Seawead was first put on pre-order on the Cult Nails website,
I couldn't make up my mind whether I wanted it or not.
Procrastinated enough,
and it went out of stock.
I was fortunate enough to chance upon it again.
To be honest,
I still wasn't sure if I would like it,
but I went ahead and bought it still.
Kinda figured that if I didn't like it,
I could purge it.
Besides it is now hard to find a BN bottle of Toxic Seawead.
Last 2 pictures were taken inside a taxi.
And you know what guys.
I still can't decide if I like it or not!

Kiko #354
Kiko #354.
My one and only Kiko bottle.
It's going to be well-loved.
3 glorious coats + 1 coat Color Club QDTC
Apologies for the no clean-up.
This was another polish-and-run.
One of the many that I had this week.
I have to thank my friend Marie for this lovely polish.
It's just too gorgeous.
And it was a breeze to apply.
Are all Kiko polishes this good?
The last 2 pictures were taken indoors.

Simple Hearts
I'm sorry for the poor pictures this round.
It's been rainy,
and the one day where there was sun,
I was stuck in meetings the entire time.
So all I have for you today are these 2 miserable pictures.
The rest just didn't make the cut.
And I really wanted to show you guys this
because my colleagues and I just thought that it was just too cute.

2 coats of Kiko #354 and a heart on each nail.

Simple. Easy. Fuss-free.
And attracted a hell lot of compliments.
The best kind of nail art in my opinion.
I'll definitely re-swatch the Kiko polish when I get the sun though.

From the Purge Bin: Chinoiserie Halo
My first and only Chinoiserie polish,
and I already want to purge it.

Halo.
Looks damn pretty in the bottle right?

2 coats + 1 coat Color Club QDTC

It looked as though I had shiny pee on my nails.
Blergh.

And it managed to do what other polishes have yet to accomplish.
It made my hands look both red and jaundiced at the same time!
Never thought that could be possible...

Plus I hated the stiff bristles in the Chinoiserie bottle.
I had a hard time getting around the curve of the base of my nails.

The next 2 are pictures taken indoors

Anyway, the mani barely lasted 2 hours.
I just hated it.
However, as I barely had time by then to do a fresh mani,

I just attempted to cover it up by using China Glaze Cracked Concrete.
Been a while since I pulled out the crackles to play with anyway.

Not the best really.
I couldn't decide if this was better or worse than Chinoiserie alone.

But it definitely made me think of some reptilian skin.

Which was just as well,
since I had to wear this to the zoo!
