BFTP: China Glaze French Bliss: Ooh La La Peach Pearl

Another Blast from the Past post,
but a quickie one.
To be honest,
I don't have much to say about this polish:

China Glaze French Bliss collection:
Ooh La La Peach Pearl

2 coats + 1 coat Color Club QDTC

I didn't like this at all.

And I couldn't even bring myself to even attempt a french mani,
funky or not.

Just another one going into the purge.

OPI Pamplona Purple vs Zoya Demi

There are some shades that I keep finding myself drawn to.

This being one of them:
OPI Pamplona Purple,
and Zoya Demi

Another bottle comparison shot.

Pinky and Middle fingers: OPI Pamplona Purple
Ring and Index fingers: Zoya Demi

2 coats each + 1 coat Color Club QDTC

I've since found a third dupe bottle in my stash!
Color Club Ms Socialite.

Seriously. How many times must I purchase up a colour?

I mean I have no issues with the application of both these polishes.
But I don't need like 3 bottles of the same shade do I?
Do you guys do this too?
Like you just keep buying the same shade from different brands?

Last pic is taken indoors.

Peripera #PP109 Mod Wine

On the US Peripera website,
this one is named as #PP109 Mod Wine.

I was actually more interested in getting the kitty-shaped polishes.
But came across these as well,
and decided to get 2 since I liked the bottle stem as well.

Love how the top of the stem is etched with a rose,
as well as the roses and vines around.

2 coats + 1 coat Color Club QDTC

I'm glad I got this too.
I love the colour.

This is the third time I'm wearing this already!

I know you probably think the colour doesn't look very unique.

I've not looked yet,
for all I know, there may be dupes in my stash as well.

But I just love how this one looks on me,
and the butter smooth application.

Plus it's rose scented!
I think I forgot to mention the last time I posted Metallic Green
(I must have been too blown away by the colour)
but the Periperas are rose scented!

Ok. Dupish maybe.
But how many are rose scented?!
A keeper for sure!

Etude House Petite Nails Darling Matte: #9 Snow Icing

Etude House Petite Nails Darling Matte:
#9 Snow Icing

2 coats.
No TC.

Lovely robin-egg blue.

One thing I noticed about the Etude House mattes though,
you really need to shake it well before applying.
Otherwise, it may end up streaky.

Ok, just one more in this Etude House Matte family to go.

Lynnderella Snow Angel

Lynnderella Snow Angel

1 coat Snow Angel over 2 coats Orly Au Champagne,
+ 1 coat Glitter Tamer + 1 coat Seche Vite TC

When I first got Lynnderella Snow Angel,
I immediately thought of layering it over white polish.

Hence the base of Au Champagne here.
I think it was a mistake though.

Au Champagne was too stark a white for Snow Angel.
I didn't think it looked good.

In fact, it looked more like gooped-up, glitter-fied correction tape.

Which made me seriously upset and disappointed,
since online swatches of Snow Angel over white was exactly why I got Snow Angel in the first place.

So I tried it over something softer, and not so stark:

1 coat Snow Angel over yesterday's Addiction Misty Rain mani,
+ 1 coat Glitter Tamer + 1 coat Color Club QDTC

A hell lot better.

And the white glitters definitely showed up better this way.

Ok, now to try it over other colours.

Addiction Aurora Collection: #014 Misty Rain

Quick post.
I'm really tired.

The second polish in the Addiction Aurora Collection:
#014 Misty Rain

3 coats + 1 coat Color Club QDTC

Reminded me of Zoya Gemma,
abet an ivory version of it.

Very pale pistachio green that is almost white.
And that blue shimmer that reminds me of Gemma.

Definitely needed the third coat to even it out,
but I kinda expected that with these sort of pale pastel colours.

Not a particularly flattering colour on my skin tone,
but I like it all the same.
